    Every application/lead includes the needed details required to initiate a sale. This includes their contact information, employment, and income details, residential status, etc. giving you a complete understanding of their goals and personal situation.

  • How much does it cost?

    Get started with a minimum prepaid balance of $3,500 CAD. With $0 monthly fees, you only pay per match.

  • How long is a finance application available?

    Once a customer is verified by the Twilio Verify API, their application is routed into the marketplace for up to 12 HRS. Afterward, the customer is removed if not selected by a fulfillment partner.

  • Can I get a refund for leads?

    There are no refunds on prepaid balances. If an application is proven to contain a false email or phone number, your account may be credited.

  • How many can I match with a month?

    There are no minimums or restrictions on how many customers you can match with. Your prepaid balance never expires allowing all fulfillment partners to come and go as they please.

  • How do I receive my customer applications?

    All customer applications that you have matched with become available under "My Customers," forever.

  • How do I know when there is a new customer available?

    When a new customer enters the marketplace, your mobile phone number will be notified by SMS if the customer is located within your City of Service. But, you can match with customers across Canada if you'd like.
